Stratford-upon-Avon / Midlands | Hybrid Working | National Portfolio

£65,000 + Private Healthcare + 6% Employer Pension + Excellent Benefit

Are you an experienced Health & Safety Manager who enjoys being out in the business, solving problems and helping operational teams work safely?

This is an opportunity to join a highly successful, FTSE-listed property investment business that owns and manages one of the UK’s largest specialist healthcare estates. The portfolio consists of modern healthcare buildings occupied by GP practices, NHS organisations, pharmacies, and other community healthcare providers. These properties are the core of the business, so maintaining a safe, compliant, and well-managed estate is a genuine board-level priority.

This is not a policy-writing role where reports sit on a shelf.

The foundations are already in place. The business now needs an engaging, practical Health & Safety Manager who can work alongside its Facilities Managers, visit sites when support is required, and make sure processes are being applied consistently across the portfolio.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Facilities Management, you will lead health and safety across a large national property portfolio and manage one Health & Safety Administrator. You will act as the main point of contact for the Facilities Management team, helping them resolve compliance issues, improve standards, and manage incidents effectively.

A key part of the role will be reviewing recommendations from external specialists covering areas such as fire, water hygiene, and building compliance. You will need the technical confidence to challenge advice constructively, distinguish legal requirements from best practice, and recommend proportionate, commercially sensible solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
