A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
You'll be the go-to expert for all things Safety, Health & Environment (SHE), helping us build a safe, compliant, and continuously improving workplace. Your responsibilities include:
- Providing day-to-day SHE support and advice to ensure full compliance with statutory legislation.
- Working in partnership with, and influencing, all operational teams and senior management across the site.
- Meeting annual SHE objectives, measured through our performance management system.
- Supporting the wider SHE function in delivering the business plan.
- Coordinating and driving SHE initiatives, ensuring safety is embedded in every process and every team.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
- Hold a NEBOSH General Certificate.
- Have COMAH experience/knowledge (desirable but not essential).
- Have a strong ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Have a proven capability to develop and deliver improvement plans.
- Have experience of building strong customer relationships.
- Have strong previous experience/support of external audits.
