About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Health & Safety Manager to support our Manufacturing, Logistics operations, including Printcraft, Warehousing, and the Support Centre.
This is a highly influential role where you will partner with leaders and teams across the business to embed a strong safety culture, improve performance, and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation. You’ll play a key role in shaping our H&S strategy, driving engagement at all levels, and enabling continuous improvement across our operations.
You will also act as a deputy to the Head of Group H&S when required, providing leadership and guidance across the wider function.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and delivering engaging, practical H&S training in collaboration with our Learning & Development team
- Driving compliance by improving visibility of H&S standards, processes, and training completion
- Developing innovative tools and approaches to simplify compliance and improve performance
- Engaging and influencing senior leaders using clear, meaningful H&S data and insights
- Reviewing and enhancing H&S and wellbeing policies, ensuring consistent implementation
- Monitoring changes in legislation and recommending appropriate, pragmatic actions
- Leading robust risk management, incident investigation, and claims processes aligned to group standards
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and safe behaviours

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience within Manufacturing and/or Logistics environments
- Strong working knowledge of health & safety legislation, risk management, and compliance frameworks
- Experience influencing stakeholders and driving behavioural change at all levels
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights that improve business performance
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong communication skills
- Passion for wellbeing and creating safer workplaces

Qualifications (or equivalent)
- NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety (or working towards)
- NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety
- NEBOSH Fire Safety Certificate
- Chartered Member IOSH – CMIOSH
