Job Description

Help shape a safer future for offshore wind across the UK and Ireland, leading health and safety excellence in a role that directly supports the transition to a net zero future.

At EDF power solutions, we’re shaping an Electric UK and Ireland. Your work will help us turn that ambition into action – delivering renewable energy solutions that will power homes, businesses, and communities for generations to come.

About the Role

As our Offshore Wind and Ireland Health and Safety Manager, you’ll play a key role in embedding our Zero Harm culture across the full asset lifecycle. From development and construction through to operations and decommissioning, your expertise will help teams work safely and confidently in a fast-growing, high-risk environment.

The Opportunity

As Offshore Wind and Ireland Health and Safety Manager, you’ll lead a team of Health and Safety Specialists while providing expert support across origination, delivery, operations, decommissioning, and deconstruction activities. You’ll influence safety culture, support business-critical projects, and help ensure consistent application of health and safety standards across our offshore wind portfolio.

Alongside a competitive salary and potential for an annual bonus, this is a hybrid role with flexibility to work from home and across our UK and Ireland office locations. You’ll regularly travel to offshore wind assets, including wind farms, service centers, and project sites across the UK and Ireland, supporting teams in the field and responding to business needs when required.

You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, project teams, and industry partners while shaping best practice across a complex renewable energy portfolio. This is a chance to make a visible impact, support business growth, and help create an environment where everyone goes home safe every day.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
