TLD Overview

Every day, in more than 150 countries, TLD equipment operates on tarmacs around the world. Behind them, more than 2,300 employees who have been writing, for over 70 years, a human and industrial adventure in constant progress.

ALVEST, an international group headquartered in France, brings together specialized companies recognized in global markets. TLD is part of this group as the world leader in Ground Support Equipment since 1953.

We design, assemble, distribute, and provide after-sales service for equipment that operates at airports worldwide, from 11 production sites located in North America, Asia, and Europe.

An entrepreneurial spirit, continuous innovation, and a relentless focus on customer satisfaction: that is what defines TLD.

Today, this culture drives us beyond our industry: our electric, hybrid, and autonomous solutions are contributing to the environmental transformation of global aviation.

Role Overview

An exciting opportunity to have positive impact on a scalable business unit whilst developing and deploying Health, Safety processes and standards in collaboration with various other TLD Business Units.

Coupled with HSE, the incumbent Manager will oversee facilities management; this includes ensuring fixed assets are maintained in line with legislative requirements and ad hoc maintenance works.

This is an exciting role with accountability and impact across all operational functions. It requires a personality that can influence and collaborate with the Steering Committee members; someone who can interpret and interrogate data, turn into tangible actions, and align the team through “setting the scene” to deliver a world class Health and Safety proposition whilst developing strong relationships.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
