Due to ongoing expansion, Alten Ltd is looking for Health and Safety Officer to join our business either in London or Derby.

Your main responsibilities will be:
- Health & Safety Risk Management
- Assist in monitoring Health & Safety risks across the organization.
- Collaborate with managers to ensure risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated.
- Prepare and deliver reports on progress, risks, and compliance status.

Training Coordination
- Partner with the training department to raise awareness and track employee training progress.
- Contribute to the development of new E-learning modules as needed.

DSE (Display Screen Equipment Monitoring)
- Analyse survey results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Initiate and coordinate actions to address findings and enhance workplace ergonomics.

Legal Compliance Support
- Assist in monitoring and ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
Experience required:
- Experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of employees and business managers.
- Dynamic and proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration.
