Job Description

Are you ready to help shape a safer, greener future by embedding Zero Harm principles across offshore wind, solar, battery storage and renewable energy projects throughout the UK and Ireland?

At EDF power solutions, we’re shaping an Electric UK and Ireland. Your work will help us turn that ambition into action – delivering renewable energy solutions that will power homes, businesses and communities for generations to come.

About the Role

As our Offshore Wind & Ireland Health & Safety Specialist, you’ll support every stage of the asset lifecycle, from project development through to operations and maintenance, influencing best practice and helping colleagues and partners work safely while supporting our net zero ambitions.

The Opportunity

As an Offshore Wind & Ireland Health & Safety Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering our Zero Harm ambition across a diverse renewable energy portfolio. From offshore wind to solar, battery storage and onshore wind, you’ll help shape safer ways of working and support the long-term success of our projects and operations.

  • Alongside a competitive salary, business needs vehicle and potential for an annual bonus, this home-based role offers flexibility across all UK and Ireland field and office locations.
  • You’ll work flexibly to support business needs, travel regularly across the UK and Ireland, and may occasionally travel to France.

You’ll work closely with project teams, operational colleagues and health and safety professionals across the wider business. The role offers the opportunity to influence safe-by-design principles, support major renewable energy projects and drive continuous improvement across a growing portfolio.

Why EDF power solutions?

We’re united by a shared ambition: to tackle climate change, shaping an Electric UK and Ireland. Our diverse team is growing fast, driven by innovation and a commitment to clean, green energy for all.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
