About The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health & Safety Support Manager to join the Health, Safety & Environmental team.
This role is ideal for an experienced health and safety professional who is passionate about promoting a positive safety culture and supporting operational teams across Landmarc. Working closely with regional delivery teams, you will provide specialist advice, conduct audits, support investigations, and deliver health and safety training to help drive continuous improvement across the business.
As part of this role, you will regularly engage with colleagues across multiple regions, providing practical guidance and ensuring compliance with both legislative and company requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and support a positive health and safety culture across Landmarc.
- Deliver and support health and safety training programmes, including Managing Safely, Working Safely, and other internal training courses.
- Conduct health and safety audits in line with agreed audit programmes across regional locations.
- Support the development, review and implementation of health and safety policies, procedures and improvement plans.
- Assist with the investigation of accidents, incidents and near misses, identifying lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to the production of health and safety reports and management information.
- Provide advice, guidance and support to regional teams and contract support staff on health and safety matters.
- Work collaboratively with operational teams, contractors and subcontractors to improve safety performance and compliance.
- Support wider health, safety, quality and environmental initiatives across the business.

Essential
What We're Looking For
- Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and best practice.
- Health and safety qualification at Level 5 or above, or currently working towards an equivalent qualification (such as NEBOSH Diploma).
- Graduate Membership of IOSH or equivalent professional body.
- Experience of undertaking health and safety audits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and build effective working relationships at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable
- Experience of delivering health and safety training.
- Understanding of quality and environmental management systems.
- Experience working within a multi-site operational environment.
