We're supporting an established health and safety consultancy in their search for a Health & Safety Trainer to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced health and safety professional who enjoys delivering engaging training, building client relationships, and providing practical consultancy solutions.
Working with clients across a variety of sectors, you'll deliver accredited and bespoke training programmes both face-to-face and virtually, whilst also providing site-based and desktop health and safety consultancy support.

The Health and Safety Trainer will be responsible for:
- Delivering IOSH-accredited courses, including IOSH Managing Safely and IOSH Working Safely.
- Facilitating engaging face-to-face and virtual training sessions.
- Delivering bespoke health and safety awareness courses tailored to client requirements.
- Designing, developing and updating training materials and course content.
- Building strong relationships with clients and promoting a positive learning experience.

We're looking for Health and Safety professionals who:
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence and are happy to travel
- Hold a Level 3 Certificate in Health & Safety (or equivalent), Tech member of IOSH.
- Hold a Level 3 Certificate in Training Adults (or equivalent).
- Have experience delivering IOSH accredited courses
- Are confident communicators and enjoy working in a client facing position
