Join our team in Nottingham as a Support Worker and help offer daily support to people with mental health conditions who may also have other needs for which we provide support. This includes, alcohol and drug misuse, mild learning disabilities, and ASD.


About the Role

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Mental Health Support Workers in Nottingham. This role involves working closely with individuals who are living with mental health conditions, helping them manage daily challenges and achieve personal goals.


Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for the people we support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing emotional and physical support, including assistance with personal care when needed.
  • Supporting individuals with daily living skills and routines.
  • Encouraging participation in evening and recreational activities.
  • Promoting independence and well-being in a safe, secure, and supportive environment.

About Our Services

Our services consist of self-contained flats across Nottingham, catering to individuals with mental health needs and, in some cases, co-occurring conditions such as substance misuse, mild learning disabilities, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Apprenticeships include time away from working for specialist training. You’ll study to gain professional knowledge and skills.
