Summary
Choice Support is looking for a new Adult Care Worker Apprentice. You will be studying toward your Adult Care Worker apprenticeship Level 2. We are looking for a kind, caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Support Worker to support a 21-year-old gentleman with his morning routine, attend day service and community activities.
About the role
We are currently recruiting support workers in Crewe. We provide care and support to adults with a range of learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, and complex needs. As a Support Worker, you’ll deliver excellent care, celebrate achievements, encourage fun and creativity, and engage directly with our wider community.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Kind and caring
- Enjoys supporting young people to develop independence and confidence
- Happy to take part in social and community activities
- A driver with a full driving licence and business use

Upon completion of this 10-month Apprenticeship, you will have obtained your Adult Care Worker apprenticeship Level 2.
