Job Opportunity: Health & Wellbeing Officer

Are you passionate about supporting the people who care for others? South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a dynamic Health & Wellbeing Officer to lead, coordinate, and deliver our staff wellbeing initiatives.

About the Role

You will be the face of wellbeing across the Trust. By managing our on-site Wellbeing Hub and building a robust network of Champions, you will ensure our workforce feels supported, resilient, and valued. This is a highly visible role combining strategic planning with hands-on, face-to-face staff engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coordinate and facilitate Health and Wellbeing initiatives / activity / resources across the Trust in line with National / System / Trust / Organisational Development Strategy and Objectives.
  • Maintain a physical presence for Health & Well-being within the Trust through onsite Health & Well-being Hub.
  • Work with the Organisational Development Lead and Staff Retention Lead to understand organisational challenges and needs, offering guidance for line managers and staff to support health and wellbeing at work and beyond.
  • Support the organisation to build resilience of the workforce, equipping managers and staff with tools to manage and respond to challenge and change positively.
