Job Description
Are you passionate about helping people lead healthier, more active lives? Do you want to make a meaningful difference by reducing social isolation, improving mental wellbeing, and creating opportunities for people to connect within their local community?
If so, Fulham FC Foundation would love to hear from you.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and committed Health & Wellbeing Coach to join our team on a 20 hour per week contract. Reporting to the Health & Wellbeing Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality sport, physical activity, and wellbeing programmes that positively influence people of all ages across our local communities.
Through your work, you will help participants improve their physical health and mental wellbeing, build confidence, and develop meaningful social connections. Our programmes use the power of sport and physical activity as a vehicle to create lasting change, with a focus on supporting healthier lifestyles and stronger, more connected communities.
As a Health & Wellbeing Coach, you will deliver a range of community-based activities designed to improve physical health, reduce loneliness and isolation, and support positive mental wellbeing. You will also work closely with local partners and stakeholders, helping to ensure our programmes deliver meaningful outcomes that extend beyond participation in sport and physical activity.
The successful candidate will have experience delivering football, sport, physical activity, or health improvement programmes within community settings, hold a minimum FA Introduction to Coaching Football (Level 1 equivalent) qualification, and demonstrate a strong commitment to the values and charitable mission of Fulham FC Foundation.
Our Health & Wellbeing programmes are delivered across Lambeth, Merton, Hammersmith & Fulham, Wandsworth, and Kingston. Sessions take place primarily on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, so we are looking for an individual who can travel independently across these boroughs and is available to work on these days.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
