What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Responsible for supporting on the development of GTR policies and standards for Health and Wellbeing related
  • Responsible for gaining accreditations associated with health and wellbeing initiatives ensuring this is achieved collaboratively with when appropriate industry partners such as Network Rail.
  • Senior lead and responsible for interfacing and working collaboratively with industry partners on health and wellbeing strategies and developments, ensuring GTR colleagues are aware of their responsibilities and equipped to respond appropriately.
  • Owner of the strategic communications for increasing awareness of health and wellbeing in line with GTRs Zero Harm ambition; both internally and externally.

What You'll Bring

  • Educated to a degree level ideally in a relevant health or wellbeing field
  • Strong ability to provide professional advice to senior staff across the business.
  • Able to make highly skilled evaluations and decisions and take a long-term perspective.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale organisational projects, with responsibility for planning, stakeholder engagement, resource management, and change implementation, Track record of leadership, management and governance delivery.
