Our Solution teams combine deep industry knowledge with specialist technology expertise. In partnership with Sales, we work with customers to understand their priorities, shape innovative solution roadmaps, and demonstrate measurable business value.
As a Solution Manager, you will be a player-manager: leading, coaching, and developing a team of pre-sales professionals while remaining actively involved in strategic customer engagements and complex opportunities. You will support healthcare opportunities across the UK and wider regions, with selective overlap into Health Insurance and Fusion OneOracle plays where a connected, enterprise-wide solution is required.
This role is based in the United Kingdom and supports customers across the region, with wider collaboration as required. This is a hybrid role, combining customer-facing engagement, leadership of a distributed team, and office-based collaboration. Travel within the UK and, across EMEA will be required.

- Proven people leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, develop, and retain high-performing technical customer-facing teams.
- Demonstrated experience driving complex, strategic enterprise opportunities.
- Strong Health industry knowledge, including the operational, clinical, financial, and workforce challenges facing healthcare providers.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, presentation, and executive-engagement skills.
- Ability to translate complex customer needs into clear, value-led business and technology solutions.
- Innovative, outcome-oriented thinking and sound commercial judgement.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across Sales, Product, Delivery, Customer Success, and partner teams.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex customer and internal decision-making environments.
- Drive, resilience, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Strong emotional intelligence, coaching capability, and the ability to lead inclusively through change.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, make effective decisions, and operate successfully in a player-manager capacity.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, enterprise sales engineering, or a comparable customer-facing technology role, including experience leading or mentoring teams.
- Proven people leadership/management experience
- Experience supporting healthcare transformation programs within the UK healthcare market.
- Experience with Oracle Health solutions, or comparable healthcare technology platforms from another leading provider.
- Experience positioning and demonstrating enterprise cloud applications, including Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, and/or CX, or comparable solutions.
- Experience with Health Insurance or payer transformation is advantageous.
- Experience shaping connected Health and enterprise application strategies, including Fusion OneOracle plays, is desirable.
- Experience designing enterprise architectures and solution roadmaps that connect clinical, operational, financial, supply chain, and workforce priorities.
- Knowledge of healthcare interoperability, integration, data, security, and regulatory considerations is advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with AI capabilities in Oracle applications, or comparable embedded AI capabilities in other enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and associated processes, including opportunity qualification, value selling, and account planning.
- Experience using design thinking, customer journey mapping, and value-realisation approaches is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is desirable; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is essential and other language(s) are desirable.
- Ability to travel within the UK and across EMEA as required
