The Forest of Arden Hotel and Country Club is set in peaceful Warwickshire countryside and is well placed for access to Birmingham, Coventry, and other major centres. Birmingham Airport, the National Exhibition Centre and motorway links to the M6 and M42 are all within a few miles of the hotel.
We are looking for a skilled, professional, and customer-focused Health and Beauty Therapist to join our spa and leisure team. In this role, you will deliver a range of high-quality beauty and wellness treatments, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for hotel guests and members.

Responsibilities Will Include But Are Not Limited To
- Providing a range of spa treatments, including facials, massages, manicures, pedicures, and body therapies.
- Consulting with guests to understand their needs and recommending suitable treatments and products.
- Ensuring a welcoming, relaxing, and professional atmosphere in all spa and treatment areas.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms and spa facilities.
- Promoting and upselling spa treatments, wellness packages, and retail products to enhance the guest experience.
- Following all health and safety regulations, including best practices for sanitation and guest care.
- Collaborating with the leisure and spa team to deliver exceptional service and maintain spa standards.
- Handling guest inquiries and providing information about available treatments and wellness programs.

You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
