Duties
- Perform all-round patient business services including handling inquiries, appointment booking, billing and patient registration, etc.
- Assist and chaperone during procedures and tidying up
- Provide general patient education
- Monitor and control the stock of medication
- Assist in DOH inspection and report
- Work location mainly at Central Clinic, occasionally work shift at hospital depend on the caseload and manpower arrangement
- Other ad hoc duties assigned

- Secondary Education
- Health Care Assistant/ Care-related Support Worker Certificate is required
- Fluent in Cantonese, Conversant in English
- Able to read and write Chinese and Knowledge of English
- Shift duty is required
