Healthcare Assistant (Days & Nights) £12.71 per hour | Full Time & Part Time Opportunities Available
Our client is a well-established provider of high-quality residential care for elderly residents, delivering compassionate 24/7 care in a safe, supportive, and homely environment. We are currently recruiting caring and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join the team on both day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will:
- Provide high-quality person-centred care to residents.
- Support residents with personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming, and continence care.
- Assist with mobility and the safe use of equipment and aids.
- Support residents with eating, drinking, and maintaining good nutrition.
- Encourage independence while promoting dignity, privacy, and respect at all times.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Monitor residents' wellbeing and report any changes or concerns to senior staff.
- Assist with social activities and encourage residents to maintain their sense of identity and wellbeing.
- Support household and domestic duties to help maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safeguarding guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively during handovers.

Skills & Qualifications Required
- Previous care experience is a MUST!!!!
- A caring, compassionate, and reliable nature.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with elderly residents.
- Professional and respectful approach at all times.
- Willingness to complete mandatory training and ongoing professional development.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care.
- Satisfactory DBS check.
