Lead. Develop. Make a Difference.

Are you an experienced Health Claims professional ready to take the next step in your career, or an established Team Leader looking for a new challenge?

We are looking for a Health Claims Team Leader to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our members, providers and partners. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your technical claims expertise with people leadership, helping to drive performance, quality and customer outcomes within a fast-paced International Private Medical Insurance (IPMI) environment.

As a Health Claims Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our Health Claims function, supporting a team of Claims Handlers, Senior Claims Handlers, Quality Assurance Specialists, Claims Administrators and Pre-Authorisation Handlers. You will provide leadership, coaching and technical guidance while ensuring claims are handled accurately, efficiently and in line with policy and regulatory requirements.

  • Act as the first point of escalation for operational and technical claims queries.

Technical Claims Expertise

  • Provide guidance on policy interpretation, benefit eligibility and claims assessment.
  • Support the handling of complex and high-value claims.
  • Ensure consistent application of policy terms, processes and compliance requirements.
  • Assist with stakeholder communications involving customers, medical providers, brokers and underwriters.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
