Job Description:
Health Clinics Booking Adviser - 6 months Fixed Term
Bupa Place, Salford Quays M50 3SP with Hybrid working
Full time - 37.5 hours per week, shifts between Mon to Fri 8am-6pm
£27,210 + Fantastic benefits and commission

This is an exciting role working within Health Services. You will be dealing with both new and repeat self-pay and business customers, selling and assisting them in booking clinics related products in order to achieve a monthly target and earn commission.
How You'll Help Us Make Health Happen
- You will be taking incoming customer calls from customers wanting to discuss our range of primary care and MSK products, complete bookings and generate revenue in order to hit your monthly target.
- You will be responding to emails and resolving queries over the phone, taking ownership until resolved and action changes to client records ensuring all systems are updated in an accurate and timely manner.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience of working in a customer service/sales environment and demonstrating strong customer focused skills.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to adapt to a tight, high achieving sales team and to be responsible for both individual and team targets.
- Experience speaking with customers over the phone or via email.
- Understanding of customer service principles and a commitment to service excellence.
- PC literate with good knowledge of Windows based packages and the ability to combine communication and admin skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with internal and external customers of all levels, taking a firm yet diplomatic approach if necessary.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work quickly and accurately in a pressurised environment.
- Ability to remain positive and calm whilst projecting a ‘can do’ attitude within the team/department.
