Job Description

Health Assessment Booking Adviser

Bupa Place, Salford Quays, M50 3SP with Hybrid Working

Permanent, Full Time | 37.5 Hours Per Week

Monday to Friday, shifts between 8am and 6pm

Salary: £27,475 + Fantastic Benefits

We have an exciting opportunity for a Health Assessment Booking Adviser to join our Health Services team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, achieving targets, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You'll support both new and existing customers, helping them find the right health assessment solutions while contributing to business growth through consultative selling and service excellence.


How You'll Help Us Make Health Happen

As a Health Assessment Booking Adviser, you'll play a key role in supporting customers throughout their booking journey, ensuring every interaction is professional, helpful, and focused on delivering value.

You Will

  • Handle inbound customer enquiries relating to health assessments and clinic-based services.
  • Make proactive outbound calls to customers, encouraging and supporting them to book health assessments.
  • Build rapport with customers, identifying opportunities to recommend additional products and services that meet their needs.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer outcomes.
  • Respond to customer emails and telephone queries, taking ownership through to resolution.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all systems are updated in a timely manner.
  • Support revenue growth through effective upselling and cross-selling activities.
  • Work collaboratively within a high-performing sales environment, contributing to team success and customer satisfaction.

Essential

Key Skills / Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service and/or sales-focused environment.
  • Proven ability to build customer relationships and identify sales opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience handling customer interactions via telephone and email.
  • Excellent sales, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work towards individual and team performance targets.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office and customer management systems.
  • Ability to work accurately and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive, resilient, and customer-focused approach.

Desirable

  • Experience working within healthcare, insurance, or membership-based services.
  • Previous inbound or outbound telephone sales experience.
  • Knowledge of health assessments or wellbeing products.
