Club Manager - Luxury Residential Health Club
Salary: £37- £38k + Bonus
We are seeking an experienced and personable Club Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of a luxury residential health club in South East London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident manager with a background in Health clubs, facilities, concierge, hotels or residential amenity management, who is passionate about delivering exceptional standards across both facilities and customer experience.
The Role
As Club Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the smooth running of the club, leading a team and ensuring the highest standards across the facilities, service, and member experience.
The role has a strong facilities management and operational focus, requiring someone who is comfortable taking ownership of the building, equipment, contractors, facilities, and day-to-day presentation of the club. You will also play a key role in ensuring the club remains welcoming, professionally managed, and maintained to the high standards expected within a luxury residential environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the day-to-day management and operation of the health club and its facilities
- Ensure all facilities are maintained to an exceptional standard, with a strong focus on presentation, cleanliness, safety, maintenance, and functionality
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team
- Deliver an outstanding experience for residents and members
- Maintain consistently high standards of presentation, cleanliness, safety, and service
- Coordinate facilities management and liaise with relevant contractors and suppliers
- Handle member and resident enquiries professionally and proactively
- Support the smooth delivery of fitness, wellbeing, and leisure services
- Monitor operational standards and ensure issues are resolved quickly
- Help create a welcoming, professional, and luxury environment

About You
We are ideally looking for someone with experience in facilities management, concierge management, residential amenities, hotels, or a similar customer-focused environment. A genuine interest in health, fitness, and wellbeing is important.
Fitness qualifications are desirable but not essential.
For candidates with appropriate fitness qualifications, there is an opportunity to deliver personal training sessions either during or outside your management shifts, subject to operational requirements.
