About the Role

The NHS is undergoing once-in-a-generation reform — driven by national digital policy, frontline productivity opportunities, financial pressure, workforce constraints, and the widescale implementation of Electronic Patient Record (EPR) platforms across individual and converging Trusts programmes. We help NHS organisations navigate this complexity, design better models of care, and deliver EPR-enabled transformation that improves patient outcomes, clinician experience, and system productivity.

We are a highly motivated, capable, collaborative, diverse, and caring team with deep expertise across Healthcare, Government, and Technology Consulting. We work at the heart of major NHS digital programmes, supporting Trusts and systems to deliver EPR programmes that align national policy intent with local operational reality.

As a Senior Manager, you will lead large-scale NHS EPR transformation programmes, working with executive, clinical, and digital leaders to ensure EPR implementations deliver tangible frontline benefits and enable wider enterprise transformation across systems.

What your days will look like

  • Managing the design and delivery of large-scale NHS EPR transformation programmes, from mobilisation and business case through deployment, go-live, and post-implementation optimisation
  • Leading EPR-enabled operating model, care pathway, and workforce transformation, with a clear focus on improving frontline productivity, clinical safety, and user adoption
  • Supporting NHS organisations and ICSs to translate national policy and funding signals into deliverable, locally owned EPR programmes
  • Contributing to the development of the NHS EPR and digital transformation market, identifying opportunities, shaping propositions, and supporting bids with Trusts, systems, and national bodies
  • Helping to grow our multi-specialism Enterprise Transformation and HealthTech teams, developing tools, methods, and assets that support successful NHS EPR delivery and adoption at scale
  • Leading engagement economics, governance, risk and issue management, and delivery assurance across complex, multi-Trust, and ICS-led EPR programmes
  • Owning senior stakeholder relationships across NHS executives, clinical leaders, digital teams, and system partners, building trusted advisor relationships

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
