About the Role:
Join a thriving and forward-thinking Speech Pathology team within Community Health and Integrated Care (CHIC), where you'll make a meaningful impact across rehabilitation, aged care and community health services. Based primarily at the University of Canberra Hospital, this Senior Speech Pathologist role offers the opportunity to lead a small outpatient team while contributing across inpatient rehabilitation and Acute Care of the Elderly services. You'll enjoy a varied and rewarding caseload that keeps every day engaging.

We're seeking a passionate and experienced speech pathologist who is eager to lead, mentor and support colleagues while continuing to deliver high-quality care to clients with acquired neurological conditions. You'll coordinate services, support junior team members, and work alongside senior clinicians in a collaborative environment. Whether you're guiding interventions, driving quality improvement initiatives, or contributing to teaching and professional development, you'll play a key role in shaping both patient outcomes and team success.
