P2 Salary: $91,026 - $117,896 (Plus 12.5% Super)
HP3 Salary: $111,639 - $120,057 (Plus 12.5% Super)
P3 Salary: $123,014 - $125,809 (Plus 12.5% Super)

About the Role:
The Adult Mental Health Day Service & Rehabilitation Unit (AMHDS & AMHRU) is seeking a Health Professional or Senior Health Professional to join our multidisciplinary team delivering recovery-focused, evidence-based care to people experiencing moderate to severe mental health conditions.
In this role, you will provide clinical assessment and therapeutic interventions across community and inpatient settings, facilitate individual and group programs, and contribute to the delivery of our Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) program, including individual therapy and DBT skills groups. You will work collaboratively with consumers, carers and multidisciplinary team members to support recovery, wellbeing and meaningful participation in daily life.
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated clinician with strong clinical skills, a recovery-oriented approach, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary environment. You will demonstrate sound professional judgement, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a passion for delivering high-quality mental health care.

Classification
The successful applicant will be appointed at the appropriate level based on qualifications, skills and experience.
Level 2: Minimum 12 months' paid, professionally relevant experience.
Level 3: Minimum three years' post-qualification experience in a relevant clinical setting.

A merit pool may be established from this recruitment process and will remain valid for 12 months. This pool may be used to fill similar roles/ future vacant positions at the same level across CHS.

Please note prior to commencement successful candidates will be required to:
• Undergo a pre-employment National Police Check.
• Prior to commencing this role, a current registration issued under the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011 is required.
• Comply with Canberra Health Services Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination policy.
• Comply with CHS credentialing and scope of clinical practice requirements for allied health professionals.
