Health Records Supervisor – BAND 3

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join the clerical team in the Health Records Department at Stockport NHS Foundation Trust.

You will be responsible for providing a full clerical support service within the Health Records Department. The main focus of the role will be to supervise and support the clinic prep, admissions and reception teams.

Key Requirements:

  • Computer literacy and experience in the accurate inputting of data
  • Organisational skills
  • Methodical method of working
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change

Training on in-house information systems will be provided.

Important Notice on Visa Sponsorship Eligibility

Please note that whilst the trust does offer sponsorship this role is unfortunately not eligible for visa sponsorship under the UK Health and Care Worker visa route. This is due to the position not meeting Skilled Worker Route and salary threshold of £41,700 per annum and/or the required skill level set by UK Visas and Immigration.

Responsibilities:

  • Undertake day to day supervision and organise the workload for the staff working throughout the Health Records department.
  • Deal with enquiries from the general public and other service users.
  • Ensure all health records are filed in the libraries and/or scanned in a timely manner.
