About The Role
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Contractual base: Flexible across Bromford locations

At Bromford Flagship LiveWest, creating safe homes, workplaces and communities is a shared responsibility. We're looking for a proactive and organised Health and Safety Administrator to provide essential coordination, system management and administrative support to our Health and Safety team.
This is a great opportunity to play a key role in supporting health and safety activity across a large organisation. You'll help maintain accurate records, coordinate actions and ensure colleagues have access to the information and support they need to work safely.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll provide reliable administrative and coordination support to help deliver an effective and compliant health and safety service across the organisation.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Monitoring incidents, risk assessments, safety alerts and actions, escalating where appropriate.
- Managing the Health and Safety inbox and responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Maintaining health and safety records, systems and documentation, including Evotix.
- Coordinating meetings, taking minutes and tracking actions to completion.
- Supporting lone working arrangements, equipment management and team logistics, including travel bookings.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking a highly organised administrator with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You'll Bring
- Experience providing administrative, reporting, or business support services.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- A proactive approach with a commitment to accuracy, compliance and continuous improvement.
Qualifications And Requirements
You'll have:
- Strong IT skills and confidence using business systems and document management tools.
- Experience supporting data management, reporting or administrative processes.
- An interest in developing knowledge of health and safety systems and practices.
