About the Company
FindCore are thrilled to be assisting a leading Construction / Civil Engineering contractor with the recruitment of a Health & Safety Advisor to join their project team in Perth & Kinross.
About the Role
This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day Health & Safety advice and support to site management and operational teams.
- Promote a positive safety culture across the project.
- Ensure compliance with UK Health & Safety legislation, CDM Regulations and client standards.
- Carry out daily and weekly site inspections.
- Coordinate safety documentation, briefings and inspections.
- Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses and communicate lessons learned.
- Review method statements and other project documentation for appropriate Health & Safety content.
- Deliver toolbox talks covering health, safety and wellbeing.
- Support health and wellbeing campaigns across the workforce.
- Manage and support implementation of the project’s ISO 45001 Safety Management System.

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Health & Safety Advisor role within construction or civil engineering.
Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident working independently and challenging unsafe practices where necessary.
- Good IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Full UK driving licence.
