What We’re Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and delivering excellent customer service. You'll provide practical Health & Safety support to our clients over the phone and by email, work closely with our consultants, and help ensure our clients get the very best from our services.
This Role Would Suit Someone Who Has
- A Level 3 Health & Safety qualification (such as the NEBOSH General Certificate) or is willing to undertake one.
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to build relationships over the phone and via email.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, and confidence learning new systems.
- A proactive approach with a genuine desire to learn and develop.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and finding practical solutions.
About You
We're looking for someone who is a positive team player, enjoys collaborating with colleagues, and is equally comfortable working independently. You will be organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for someone at the start of their Health & Safety career. Whether you're newly qualified with a Level 3 Health & Safety qualification or are willing to work towards one, you'll have a genuine enthusiasm for learning and building your expertise.
You'll have excellent communication skills, enjoy building trusted relationships with clients and colleagues, and be confident explaining information clearly and professionally. You'll take pride in delivering a high-quality service, have a proactive approach to problem-solving, and be keen to grow your career in Health & Safety.
