Are you a proactive Health & Safety professional looking for a hands-on role within a fast-paced operational environment?
We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly successful leisure business seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to support compliance, risk management, and operational safety across a busy multi-site operation.

The Role

  • Conducting regular site inspections and safety audits
  • Identifying risks, compliance issues, and areas for improvement
  • Tracking and following through corrective actions to completion
  • Maintaining statutory inspections, certifications, and compliance records
  • Supporting incident investigations, near miss reporting, and accident management

Skills and Experience

  • NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent Health & Safety qualification
  • Previous Health & Safety experience within a busy operational environment
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, risk assessments, incident management, and corrective action tracking
