Health, Safety and Environment Manager London/ Hybrid/ International travel Permanent £55,000-£65,000 plus benefits
We are delighted to be partnering with Formula E, the world's fastest-growing motorsport championship, to recruit an experienced Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Manager. This is a unique opportunity to join a global organisation at the forefront of sport, innovation and sustainability, leading HSE delivery across international race events in some of the world's most iconic cities. Combining international travel, high-profile events and a genuine sustainability mission, this role offers the chance to make a real impact while helping shape the future of motorsport.
The Role As HSE Manager, you will lead Health, Safety and Environmental planning and delivery for assigned Formula E races across the international championship calendar. Working closely with Event Directors, contractors, local consultants and internal stakeholders, you will ensure events are delivered safely, effectively and in line with Formula E's high operational standards.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading HSE delivery for allocated international race events.
- Conducting risk assessments and reviewing contractor RAMS.
- Developing safety, fire and evacuation plans.
- Monitoring onsite HSE compliance and managing incident investigations.
- Supporting ISO14001, ISO45001 and ISO20121 management systems.
- Delivering HSE training and guidance across the business.
- Supporting budgeting, procurement and post-event reporting.

About You:
- A minimum Level 3 Health & Safety qualification (NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent).
- Membership of IOSH, IIRSM, IEMA or a similar professional body.
- Experience managing health, safety and/or environmental programmes, ideally within events, construction, sport or live environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
- A practical, solutions-focused approach.
- The ability to travel internationally for extended periods throughout the racing season.
