Why now
In October 2026, the EU's workplace safety agency launches Together for Mental Health at Work, a three-year campaign focused on psychosocial risk. Boards, regulators and employees will increasingly ask one question: "Show me what you actually do."
Australia has already been asked. Its states have made psychosocial codes enforceable, backed by specialist inspectors. Australian safety and HR leaders have learned what it takes when a policy is no longer enough.
For the first time, this Fellowship brings European and Australian leaders into the same room, so you are ready before the question reaches your desk.
What changes for you
You will know what to say. A practical coaching method for the conversations where psychosocial risk surfaces, usable with your team the week you finish.
You will see risk earlier. You will recognise psychosocial hazards before they become a complaint, a claim or a resignation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You will close the gap with HR. You learn alongside People and Culture leaders, so the controls and the conversations finally connect.
You will lead ahead of Europe, not behind it. You bring Australia's hard-won lessons into your organisation before your peers have started.
You will earn a recognised credential. Your pathway to the ICF Associate Certified Coach credential, through one of only two academies in the world accredited by ICF at Level 2 in positive psychology coaching.
Your name will be on the research. Fellows contribute original data on what leaders actually say when psychosocial risk surfaces. Every contributor is named.
Who this is for
Heads of Health and Safety, HSE and EHS Managers, and Health, Safety and Wellbeing Managers across Europe, including the UK and Ireland. People and Culture leaders who share responsibility for psychosocial risk are also welcome.
