Working Hours: Monday to Friday
08.00-16.30, 37.5 hours per week

At DSV, your work keeps the world moving. In this role, you support the systems, coordination, and accuracy behind safe and reliable operations across our network. You help ensure that the right documentation, processes, and communication are always in place — so our teams can deliver with confidence. You play a key role in keeping Health & Safety processes running smoothly across multiple teams, sites, and stakeholders.

What will you be doing?

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team.
  • Manage emails, documents, and electronic filing systems.
  • Maintain records, spreadsheets, and business trackers.
  • Upload and manage documents within company systems and client portals.
  • Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and team calendars.
  • Support onboarding, inductions, and training administration.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to obtain information and documentation.
  • Assist with reporting, audits, and general office administration.

About You

  • Previous administration or office support experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and spoken English with strong grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills.
  • Able to confidently communicate with colleagues, contractors, clients, and stakeholders in a professional manner.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
