Job Opportunity: Health and Safety Business Partner

Location: Mobile – Hemel Hempstead (HP3) & Caterham (CR3)
Compensation: Competitive salary + company car/allowance

We’re delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Health and Safety Business Partner to join the Churchill Group, supporting our Vantage and JV Price divisions.

In this mobile role, you’ll work closely with our operational leadership teams to support the safe and effective delivery of our industrial and window cleaning contracts. Acting as a visible and proactive presence across sites, you’ll collaborate with clients and frontline teams to identify risks, strengthen safety practices, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

As Health and Safety Business Partner you’ll be:

  • Act as the primary QHSE Business Partner to the MDs and their leadership teams, providing advice, challenge and support on all QHSE matters.
  • Supporting the ongoing management and compliance of ISO 45001, 9001, and 14001.
  • Reviewing working practices with operations teams to ensure compliance with legislation and best practice.
  • Developing and implementing health and safety strategies and internal policies.
  • Delivering engaging training sessions for managers and employees on health, safety, and environmental responsibilities.
  • Recording incidents and accidents and reporting trends to senior leadership.
  • Produce QHSE data and reports to support informed decision-making.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
