Role Overview
In this varied role, you’ll support the planning, implementation, and ongoing development of health and safety practices across the business. From managing incidents and root cause investigations to coordinating statutory inspections, reviewing risk assessments, overseeing permits to work, and arranging essential training, you’ll be at the centre of ensuring standards remain high. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across different departments, helping to identify improvements, monitor controls, and drive best practice across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, implementation, and ongoing development of health and safety practices.

Requirements
- Strong understanding of health and safety principles.
- Experience working in a health and safety focused environment.
- Confident communicator who can build relationships at all levels.
- Ability to influence stakeholders, support change, and collaborate across teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to make practical, balanced decisions while maintaining compliance.

Additional Information
Please note, this is a part-time position - 20 hours per week.
