Health and Safety Coordinator

Location: South East England (Covering, London, Kent, Surrey, & Sussex) - Field Based

Salary: £43,177.30 Per Annum

Contract: Permanent | Full Time | 39 hours per week | Hybrid (4 days on site/sites & 1 day from home)

We are seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Coordinator to join our team, supporting operational sites across the region in driving a positive health and safety culture.

Join a team that is more than just a group of colleagues – we work together as a supportive and driven family, ensuring every site we support operates safely and to the highest standards.

Every decision we make impacts every employee, prisoner, visitor, and the wider community they return to.

As a Health and Safety Coordinator, you will work alongside the Regional Health and Safety Manager and a wide range of operational teams, from site managers to trade specialists, all committed to promoting a "one team approach" to keeping our people safe.

If you are looking for a role where you can use your skills to create a safer future for others, we encourage you to apply for this compelling opportunity and be part of a team that truly makes a difference.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
