We're now looking for a Health & Safety Documents Administrator to join our expert Health & Safety team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in producing bespoke client documentation, supporting our advisers and consultants, and helping organisations stay compliant with ever-changing health and safety requirements.

What We’re Looking For

As our Health & Safety Documents Administrator, you'll be responsible for producing high-quality, bespoke Health & Safety Management Systems and supporting documentation for clients across a wide range of industries. Using information provided by our consultants, you'll draft, format and maintain health and safety policies, procedures, risk assessments, management systems and associated templates, ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant and delivered within agreed timescales.

Alongside documentation production, you'll provide support to our Health & Safety Advice Line, responding to client enquiries and delivering practical guidance on routine health and safety matters. You'll work closely with consultants and advisers across the business, helping to deliver an outstanding client experience while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

This role would suit someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in producing professional documentation to an exceptional standard.

About You

You'll have experience producing professional documentation and possess excellent written communication skills with outstanding attention to detail. Highly organised and customer-focused, you'll be comfortable working to deadlines, managing competing priorities and presenting technical information in a clear and practical way.

You'll also bring strong administrative skills, confidence using Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a busy team environment.

Experience within a Health & Safety consultancy or similar environment would be advantageous, as would knowledge of UK health and safety legislation, experience producing health and safety documentation, or a NEBOSH General Certificate qualification. Experience providing telephone or email-based advice to clients would also be beneficial.
