Health, Safety & Environment Advisor | South-West | up to £50,000

Want to lead on HSE projects within the Energy & Infrastructure space?

PT Renewables is exclusively partnered with an established and growing energy design and construction business in the South-West.

Due to their continued success, they are looking to bring onboard a brand-new Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor - delivering H&S advice to multiple clients across the South-West.

The Role

As a SHE Advisor, you’ll be the go-to person for all things Safety, Health, Environment, and Sustainability across multiple sites.

This is a hands-on, high-impact position where your work directly shapes the wellbeing of teams and the success of projects.

You’ll lead by example - promoting best practice, guiding teams through audits and inspections, and ensuring every project meets and exceeds our SHE standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
