HSE Advisor – Edinburgh – Onshore Wind
Eden Scott are pleased to be supporting their Renewable Energy Developer client with the appointment of an HSE Advisor. This position represents an excellent opportunity for a safety professional to further develop their career.
The successful candidate will perform a broad range of HSE related tasks and split their work between presence at the Edinburgh office (City Centre) and site based work at two of the companies onshore wind farms.

Responsibilities
Reporting into the Corporate HSE Manager, responsibilities include:
- Focusing on day-to-day activities concerning the onshore wind farm sites
- Supporting matters relating to the corporate function and office
- Conducting site visits once per week on average
- Reviews of risk assessments and method statements – supporting HSE manager with creation and review of risk assessment and method statements
- Supporting the Asset Management team in implementation of site safety management plans and environment management plans

Requirements
- Nebosh Certified
- Experienced in a HSE / Safety Advisor or equivalent role
- Drivers Licence
- GWO Certification held (or willing and able to complete the certification)
- Ideally the successful candidate will have some Onshore Wind experience
