We are seeking a proactive QHSE Advisor to provide Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental support across a busy operational and project environment. This role will support construction activities, project delivery, compliance programmes and environmental initiatives, helping teams work safely and effectively while meeting legal and organisational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day QHSE advice and support to operational and project teams.
- Maintain accurate QHSE records, reports and compliance documentation.
- Support incident investigations, audits, inspections and corrective actions.
- Assist with environmental compliance, including waste management, pollution prevention and site inspections.
- Review key project documentation, including risk assessments and method statements.
- Support project teams with construction safety and CDM compliance requirements.
- Promote a positive safety culture and environmental awareness across the business.

About You
Essential
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent).
- Experience supporting health & safety and/or environmental compliance activities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage changing priorities.

Desirable
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate.
- Environmental qualification (IEMA Foundation or equivalent).
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001.
- Experience in facilities management, construction, telecoms, utilities or multi-site operations.
