Group HSE Advisor
Liverpool

£45,000
An excellent opportunity to join a leading UK infrastructure and logistics organisation, supporting the delivery of its Group HSE strategy across a diverse portfolio of operational sites. This role offers the chance to influence health, safety and environmental performance through strategic projects, policy development, auditing and continuous improvement initiatives.
The Group HSE Advisor will be responsible for:
- Supporting the delivery of the Group HSE Strategy, driving key strategic objectives and contributing to the organisation's journey towards zero harm.
- Developing and implementing HSE policies, procedures and guidance to support both regulatory compliance and best practice.
- Undertaking assurance activities, including audits, action tracking and reporting, to support governance and continuous improvement.
- Leading and supporting HSE projects, conducting site visits and collaborating with operational and HSE teams across multiple locations.

The Group HSE Advisor will have:
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent).
- 2-3 years' HSE experience gained within an industrial, infrastructure, manufacturing, logistics or other high-risk operational environment.
- Experience developing or implementing HSE policies, procedures and management systems.
- The ability to analyse risk, identify improvement opportunities and support the delivery of strategic HSE objectives.
