We're looking for an experienced HSE Manager to lead Health, Safety and Environmental strategy at our Moreton site, driving a positive safety culture and ensuring we maintain the highest standards across our operations.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a people-focused HSE professional who can influence at all levels, champion continuous improvement and help shape the future of safety and environmental performance across the site.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading the site's Health, Safety and Environmental strategy in line with legal, regulatory and business requirements.
- Driving a positive behavioural safety culture through engagement, coaching and leadership.
- Delivering HSE improvement plans and performance programmes.
- Monitoring, analysing and reporting on HSE performance to support business objectives.
- Leading site environmental initiatives and compliance programmes.
- Managing and developing the HSE team to maximise performance and capability.
- Working closely with operational teams to ensure compliance standards are maintained and continuously improved

What we need from you:
We're looking for someone who combines strong technical HSE knowledge with excellent leadership and influencing skills.
You'll ideally have:
- NEBOSH General Certificate
- Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally food manufacturing
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
- Internal Auditor training
- Experience developing policies, procedures and safe systems of work
- Experience delivering HSE training and driving behavioural change
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- The ability to build effective relationships across all levels of an organisation
