Are you an experienced HSE professional available for an immediate start?

Do you have a healthcare or clinical background?

We have a really exciting 6-month FTC opportunity with a well-established healthcare charity looking for someone who can come in, hit the ground running and make a real difference to their H&S function.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership and operational teams across multiple sites throughout England and Wales, with plenty of scope to use your experience and influence how H&S is managed across the organisation.

What will you be doing?

  • Reviewing and improving existing H&S policies and procedures
  • Carrying out a gap analysis and identifying areas for improvement
  • Visiting sites across England and Wales
  • Providing senior H&S advice to operational teams and leadership
  • Acting as the link between the Board and the wider business
  • Helping strengthen the overall H&S framework

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a confident, senior HSE professional who is comfortable working independently and dealing with senior stakeholders.

Health care or clinical experience would be ideal.

Strong H&S knowledge is essential. Environmental experience is a bonus.

The details

  • £48,000 – £62,750 pro rata

  • Travel across England & Wales + occasional office visits
  • Mileage paid for site travel
  • 36 hours per week
  • 3:30pm finish on Fridays
  • ASAP start
