What You'll Need

• Excellent PC skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• A good understanding of personal injury, property, and motor claims legislation and processes.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practice.
• A flexible and adaptable team-player mindset.
• Confidence communicating with a wide range of people and building positive working relationships.
• A positive, energetic, and professional approach to work.
• Be the voice of customers and orchestrate the organization to live the brand purpose and inspire a customer-first culture to build customer love in every touchpoint of our Online and Offline platform.
• Confidently communicates, challenges, and gives feedback to others.
