Health & Safety Officer
Birmingham, onsite
Salary: £38,000 - £41,000 DOE
We're looking for an experienced H&S & Process Supervisor to lead Health & Safety and production process improvements within our manufacturing operation.
We're a £15m turnover business part of a multi-billion turnover group, offering stability, progression, and a bright future. We pride ourselves on Speed, Capacity, and Innovation. This brand new role is to support our already strong H&S record as we grow and produce more, safety is at the heart of everything we do.

Responsibilities
- Own site Health & Safety and compliance.
- Carry out and manage risk assessments.
- Write and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Drive 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train and support production staff.
- Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production processes.
Essential
- IOSH Managing Safely.
- Experience with Health & Safety, risk assessments, and SOP writing.
- Knowledge of 5S.
- Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Confident delivering training.

Desirable
- NEBOSH qualification.
