About Giacom

Giacom are the only provider of Comms, Cloud, Hardware and Billing all through one platform. Our platform connects technology resellers and service providers to the best IT, Comms and Cloud products and services so they can create brilliant technology solutions for UK businesses.

We're looking for an experienced and proactive Health & Safety Manager to lead the continued development of our health and safety framework.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business where strong foundations are already in place and take ownership of the next phase of our Health & Safety journey. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you'll enhance our existing framework, strengthen governance and reporting, and ensure our approach remains practical, proportionate and aligned to the needs of the business.

This isn't a role within a high-hazard environment. Instead, it's an opportunity for someone who enjoys creating structure, influencing change and embedding best practice through collaboration. You'll play a key role in providing confidence and assurance to senior leadership while helping to build a positive Health & Safety culture across Giacom.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
