Location: Warrington – Ruislip Court / Manchester – Fountain Street
Salary: £45,565.00 - £53,520.00 per annum
Hours: 39 hours per week – flexible options considered
Contract Type: Permanent

We’re looking for an experienced Health & Safety professional to support the safety and wellbeing of our 4,000 colleagues.
Role Summary:
Reporting to the Health & Safety Manager, this role plays a key part in providing guidance across the business and maintaining high standards of safety.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of health and safety documentation, data, reporting, and investigation ensuring everything is accurate, consistent, and compliant with internal process.
- Keep up to date with legislation and best practice, sharing relevant updates to support a proactive approach throughout the team and wider business.
- Conduct inspections and safety reviews, promoting consistent practices across teams, and embedding Clarion’s safety culture from the outset.
- A strong emphasis will be placed on enhancing data capture and driving continuous improvement.
- Daily responsibilities also include reviewing accident and incident reports to ensure investigations are proportionate and statutory reporting obligations are fulfilled.
- Develop guidance materials and design and deliver training, supporting colleagues to follow safe working processes.

Requirements:
- Hold a NEBOSH Level 3 Certificate (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation
- Confident applying this in a repairs environment
- Solid understanding of risk management
- Ability to work within established policies and procedures

- This is a hybrid role covering the North region, with a base location at one of our offices in the north west.
- Candidates will be expected to travel across the region and to our main hub in Stevenage to deliver training on a regular basis.
