We're looking for a Health & Safety Support Administrator to join our Health & Safety team based at Severn Trent Centre, Coventry 37 hours per week Monday – Friday. This will be on a 12 month fixed term contract.
As part of our Health, Safety, Security & Resilience team, you'll be responsible for administering and supporting our Health & Safety reporting database, ensuring users have the correct access and permissions, and maintaining accurate data in line with GDPR requirements.
You'll work closely with colleagues across the business, providing guidance on the use of the system, responding to queries and helping ensure Health & Safety information is readily available through reporting tools such as Power BI. Alongside this, you'll provide administrative support to the wider team and help manage key business processes and communications.

Key Accountabilities Include:
- Manage and maintain the Health & Safety reporting database, including user access, permissions and data accuracy in line with GDPR requirements.
- Support the production of Health & Safety performance reporting through data exports, Power BI reporting and effective data management.
- Act as a key point of contact for system users, providing guidance, resolving queries and managing team inboxes.
- Provide administrative support across the Health, Safety, Security & Resilience team, maintaining documentation, procedures and driving continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative and data management skills who enjoys supporting colleagues, maintaining systems and ensuring accurate information is available to help keep our people safe. You'll play an important role in supporting our vision that nobody gets hurt or made unwell by what we do, by helping to manage our Health & Safety reporting systems, performance data and team administration activities.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively and providing great customer support. You’ll have strong administrative and data management experience, ideally gained using Microsoft Office applications, databases or business systems. You'll have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and a good understanding of GDPR and data handling principles. Confident communicating with colleagues at all levels, you'll be proactive in supporting users, managing workloads and identifying opportunities to improve processes.
