Health Safety, Wellbeing Data and Digital Analyst

Sizewell C

Location: Hybrid; Leiston, Suffolk - 3 days per week onsite
Salary: Circa £42,000 per annum + benefits
Annual Leave: 28 days + bank holidays (rising to 30 days after 5 years)
Bonus: Up to 5%
Pension: Up to 7.5% employee + 15% employer contribution

This role is ideal for a local candidate looking to develop their career in data and digital analytics while contributing to one of the UK's most significant infrastructure and clean energy projects.

Sizewell C is looking for a Health, Safety, Wellbeing Data & Digital Analyst to help transform how HSW data is managed, analysed and reported across a nationally significant infrastructure project.

Working closely with the Health & Safety Systems and Visualisation Manager, you'll use Power BI, Excel, Power Automate and Power Apps to turn data into meaningful insights that support safer working, better decision-making and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

  • Develop dashboards, reports and performance metrics using Power BI.
  • Analyse health, safety and wellbeing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support and enhance digital systems and automated workflows.
  • Maintain data quality, governance and reporting processes.
  • Provide support and guidance to users across the project.
  • Work with stakeholders to improve reporting, automation and digital solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience working with data, reporting, business intelligence or digital systems.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience improving processes and working with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Desirable

  • Excel and Power BI skills.
  • Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Experience within construction, infrastructure, energy, utilities or health & safety environments.
  • Data analytics, Power BI or Microsoft certifications.
