Recruitment Administrator (Health & Social Care)
Halesowen, West Midlands
£28,970 - £30,000 | Full-Time | Permanent
We're looking for an organised Recruitment Administrator to join a growing Health & Social Care organisation.
If you have experience coordinating recruitment, onboarding new starters and ensuring compliance, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- ✅ Coordinate recruitment from vacancy to onboarding
- ✅ Arrange interviews and support hiring managers
- ✅ Process DBS, references and Right to Work checks
- ✅ Prepare contracts and onboarding documentation
- ✅ Maintain recruitment records and CQC compliance
- ✅ Support mandatory training and payroll administration

What You'll Need
- ✔ Recruitment Administration or HR Administration experience
- ✔ DBS, onboarding and compliance knowledge
- ✔ Strong organisational and communication skills
- ✔ Microsoft Office proficiency
- ✔ Health & Social Care experience is desirable
